Think spot Tuesday 18 February (Averil)

naomicrawford20

Jim and I live up a metal road - there's lots of dust in the summer and mud in the winter.

However, our road is getting a makeover - tar-seal. There's been lots of metal trucks, graders, rollers and diggers, all very busy forming the foundations ready for tar-sealing.

The better the foundation, the better the result will last!

And it set me thinking about the early years of parenting. We are all doing our best to bring about happy, good adults. Building love and respect, kindness and generosity

You know, these early years are foundations. Yes - hard, repetitive and exhausting at times, but the foundations you build now will allow your child to flourish in the future!
