The children are given morning tea and a time of free play. While the children play it's time for the adults to enjoy morning tea and a time to chat, make friends, and share parenting experiences and ideas with others.

The music session is run by a team of dedicated volunteers working with the support of the River Valley Baptist Church. We aim to provide you with a safe and happy morning in which each adult and child feels accepted, respected, supported and appreciated.

Following the music session morning tea is provided for children and adults. Stay and chat, meet others in your community as your children enjoy the toys and a time to play.
Each week, parents and caregivers bring their children for a thirty minute session of music, rhyme, movement, listening and more. These sessions are designed to help the children develop skills – co-ordination, fine motor movements, large motor movements, social interaction, appreciation of music and musical styles, language development etc . The adults participate in the session, encouraging their children to enter into the actions and singing.
mainly music is a fun interactive music session for young children and their parents/caregivers. A time to enjoy music and movement with your child.
