Being a mum is a little bit magic and a little bit madness — and somehow, you’re doing both at once.
Motherhood is about more than just looking after a child — it’s building a heart, a future, a safe place to belong.
It’s made up of small things: cold coffee, sticky floors, half-eaten sandwiches, and giggles that somehow make it all worth it. It’s showing up when you're tired, laughing when you want to cry, and loving bigger than you ever thought possible.
You don’t have to be perfect — just present. Honestly, some days just getting everyone out the door with shoes on the right feet feels like a gold medal moment. It’s the little things — the patience, the giggles, the love — that matter most.
If you feel like you’re making it up as you go — you’re not alone. And if no one’s crying and you’ve remembered where you left your keys, you’re basically crushing it.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not about getting everything right — it’s about doing everything in love.
"Let all that you do be done in love." — 1 Corinthians 16:14
Love... and a little bit of coffee maybe too.
You're doing amazing.
